How does it work?
It’s really simple, like all good things. The first three months are about figuring out your perfect routine. During months 1-3, we’ll send you a selection of products based on your answers from our assessment. Your personal expert will get in touch to see what you loved, and what you didn’t, and be available for any questions you might have.
At the end of month three, we’ll suggest the ideal rooming routine for you. From then on, you’ll get a curated kit of your grooming products every month, for as long as you want it. You can make changes to your kit or cancel if you change your mind.
What’s in the kit?
The contents of each kit vary from one customer to the next. So, we can’t really say. But we can assure you you’ll receive around 3-4 full-sized products, not samples, and the total value of products in each of your kits will be at least $110.
When will I get my kit?
Once you sign up and make your first payment, your first kit ships right away. After that, we’ll make sure your kits are at your doorstep around the same time every month, give or take 2-3 days.
How often/when will I be billed?
You’ll be charged monthly, the same day of your first payment.
What happens if I’m not thrilled with my kit?
We want your grooming routine to work for you, so, let us know right away if it doesn’t. We have a satisfaction guarantee and offer a no-hassle return policy. If you're not happy with your kit, return it within 30 days and get a full refund, no questions asked. We’ll pay the shipping costs as well. Drop us a note at and we’ll be in touch to facilitate.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’re happy to help you get your subscription canceled. Contact us by email at and we’ll get that sorted for you.
